Note: To claim on the spot health rebates, you must present your health insurance card at the time of payment. Alternatively, an invoice can be issued to allow for self-claiming through your private health provider.
We believe our prices are reflective of the value we bring to you in our consults. We provide a summary and management plan of your condition, a take home exercise app and we use significant technology in our rehab process to make sure you get great results.
Initial consults range from $95 – $130 depending on allocated time and practitioner type
Follow up consults range from $85-100 depending on allocated time and practitioner type.
If you have private health insurance you normally receive between 35-50% back on initial consults and 30-40% back on follow-up visits. This is where we swipe your health fund card through HICAPS. This is dependent on your level of coverage.
Initial and subsequent physiotherapy appointments are 60 and 30 minutes respectively. Longer appointments are available if arranged with your practitioner prior to your consultation.
To make your experience run as smooth as possible please bring any referrals from doctors, specialists or surgeons. If you have any scans or images of the relevant body part this will also help.
Please make sure you are in comfortable and accessible clothing Eg) for knees or ankles please bring shorts. Tops with access to shoulders are also helpful if you have a neck or shoulder condition. This allows for better assessment and therefore better understanding of your current pain or condition. Additionally please bring your runners or joggers if you have a lower limb condition.
At Pillar Health we strive to get you back to full health and activity in as little treatments as possible, and as such, the number of consults required will be based on how well your injury is recovering on a session by session basis.
