Pilates at Pillar Health in Malvern East

Our Pilates fitness classes are run by our Pilates instructor Mietta, these classes are used to achieve your unique fitness goals and to get an excellent full body workout. A Pilates fitness class involves each participant partaking in the same group program, although these classes can be modified for your abilities and any injuries you may have, they are not suitable for clinical rehabilitation purposes. Unlike clinical exercise classes these sessions are not claimable under private health and do not require an initial private physiotherapy consult prior to participating.

Clinical exercise classes are run by our Physiotherapist Chelsea, and aim to rehabilitate injuries or imbalances through safe movement.

During group clinical exercise classes each participant is completing their own clinically tailored exercise program. These classes require an initial consultations with our physiotherapist and are claimable by private health.

If you have any questions or queries regarding which classes are suitable for you, please contact the team at Pillar Health and we can guide you into the best suited class for you.
